Steps to add Outlook email on your iPhone

  1. Download Microsoft Outlook from the Apple app store
  2. Open the Outlook app
  3. Enter your email address and tap add account Enter email address and add account screen
  4. If prompted select Microsoft 365 Select Microsoft 365 screen
  5. Say maybe later to adding another account.
  6. Say OK to the "your organization is now protecting your data".
  7. Close and reopen outlook.
